A Manitowoc man recently sentenced in three different cases is back in trouble with the law.
39-year-old Justin P. Kelliher was given a $500 personal recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch yesterday as he faces two Disorderly Conduct charges.
This comes as Kelliher was sentenced to seven and a half years on probation just two weeks ago in three separate Manitowoc County cases for charges including Criminal Damage to Property and Possession of Narcotic Drugs.
The 39-year-old was arrested on Monday after a verbal and physical altercation with his presumed girlfriend in the 900 block of MacArthur Drive.
A police report explains that Kelliher and the other individual involved were yelling and screaming at each other in the street before the altercation turned physical, with both sustaining minor injuries while multiple concerned residents called police.
Despite being given a personal recognizance bond, Kelliher will remain in custody at the Manitowoc County Jail on a probation hold.
He will now be back in court on June 18th at 10:30 a.m. for his initial appearance.
