One of the nation’s fastest-growing coffee spots is coming to Sheboygan.
Sheboygan’s City Plan Commission recently approved a conditional use permit (CUP) from Milbrew Holdings to build and operate a 7 Brew Coffee shop at 3715 Washington Avenue on the City’s southside.
7 Brew is an Arkansas-based chain that has grown from just 38 locations in the U.S. in 2023 to more than 700 across 38 states.
The location, previously a gas station in Sheboygan for decades, was selected due to its proximity to commercial businesses, K-12 schools, and bus routes.
Once completed, customers will be able to enjoy signature coffee drinks, smoothies, energy drinks, and much more.
The building will be approximately 800 square feet, featuring two drive-thru lanes and 19 parking spaces.
Currently, the construction cost is expected to be around $1 million, and work is expected to begin late this summer.
If completed on schedule, Sheboygan’s 7 Brew Coffee would begin serving customers in early 2027.
