A Two Rivers man convicted on child porn charges has been sentenced.
32-year-old Nathan Alan Frenz was previously convicted on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and was ordered by Judge Robert Dewane to spend three years in prison, followed by three years on extended supervision.
Two more of the same charge were dismissed but read into the record. Frenz was arrested in August of last year after the Two Rivers police department received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This led them to search Frenz’s home, where they found four files containing child sex abuse materials.
As a part of his sentencing, Frenz was ordered to undergo a psychosexual evaluation, have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 aside from his own children, and not to possess any internet-enabled devices unless approved by his agent.
