The Sheboygan Area School District (SASD) is prepared to show off the hard work of its students.
The district has announced that it will hold an open house on Monday (June 1st) for the most recent home built by students from Sheboygan North and South High Schools.
The open house will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 2906 Stonebrook Drive in the Stonebrook Crossing subdivision.
This project marks the 28th home built by North and South students enrolled in Career & Technical Education classes.
This home, in particular, was designed by North senior William Feider after his design plan was selected last spring by fellow students in the Project Lead the Way Civil Engineering and Architecture class.
In total, this becomes the 10th home built under the direction of project manager Ted Schermetzler and the 5th in the Stonebrook Crossing subdivision.
Once fully completed, the home will be placed on the market, sold, and fund the 29th SASD student-built home, which will be built next school year.
