A Neenah man has been charged with his 4th OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol pulled over 37-year-old Ezekiel Williams just after midnight on Monday (May 25th) in Appleton.
A trooper saw Williams’s vehicle traveling with several equipment and registration violations near Wisconsin and Lindwood Avenue.
During a traffic stop, the trooper saw the 37-year-old showing signs of impairment and saw open intoxicants inside.
After further investigation, Williams was arrested for Operating While Impaired, his fourth offense.
An evidentiary blood draw was done with results pending.
