The Oshkosh Police Department says they arrested the men, ages 20 to 55, for pandering.
OPD explains that pandering or solicitation can be accompanied by, or related to, robberies, thefts, assaults, and other serious charges.
The department remains steadfast in combating human trafficking and related crimes.
Oshkosh Police also noted their door is always open to those needing help and encourages anyone with information about human trafficking to come forward.
