A former Marquette lacrosse player is facing charges in connection with a deadly crash last September.
Peter McColgan was charged with two counts of homicide by negligent use of a vehicle for the crash that killed two lacrosse teammates.
An investigation found McColgan was driving more than 20 miles an hour above the posted speed limit when his Jeep collided with a pickup truck.
He’s due in court on July 16th.
Noah Snyder and Scott Michaud were the two players killed in the collision.
