
A Manitowoc man with over 30 charges of Felony Bail Jumping to his name has been sentenced.
25-year-old Randy James Tepiew-Wright was found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, for an October 2025 incident.
Judge Jerilyn Dietz ordered him to spend two and a half years in prison, followed by two and a half years on extended supervision.
Additional charges of Operating While Revoked, and eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping, were dismissed but read into the record.
When he was pulled over on October 21st, 2025, Tepiew-Wright was found to be under the influence of Meth, while a backpack in the vehicle contained 68.7 grams of the drug, along with $1,310 in cash, and some items of drug paraphernalia.
At the time of his arrest, Tepiew-Wright had eight open cases, which include seven counts of Operating While Revoked, two counts of Resisting or Obstructing an officer, his second and third OWIs, Fleeing or Eluding an Officer, and 31 counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Upon his release from prison, Tepiew-Wright was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and to submit to random urine screens.
