A woman who spat in a Manitowoc Police Officer’s face has been sentenced.
44-year-old Angela M. Levendoski was found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of Throwing or Discharging Bodily Fluid at a Public Safety Worker, while additional charges of Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling and Disorderly Conduct were dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Robert Dewane ordered Levendoski to spend 7 months in the Manitowoc County Jail, but gave her 7 months’ credit for time served.
She was arrested in September of 2023 after she was seen looking into the windows of an apartment on South 21st Street, looking to buy meth from someone named “Stitch.”
While she was being detained, Levendoski spat in the officer’s face.
