An employee with over four decades at the Dramm Corporation in Manitowoc is retiring.
Office Manager Theresa Krejcarek will call it a career after 47 years of service and dedication.
Threasa began her career with Dramm in 1979 while she was still in high school.
She started in the office while assisting in the factory whenever additional support was needed, demonstrating early on her strong work ethic and commitment to the local company.
Over the years, Krejcarek was promoted to Office Manager, where she oversaw daily administrative operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and managed the office staff.
The Dramm Corporation credits Threasa with her friendly, can-do attitude, strong organizational skills, and leadership that helped the office run smoothly.
She also played a significant role in growing the company to more than 90 employees, expanding Dramm from a small business operation to a worldwide corporation.
Reflecting on her career, Theresa said she is very blessed to have spent her time in the company, saying, “The Dramm family is a wonderful family to work for, and I truly enjoyed building relationships with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and colleagues over the years.”
She and her husband are looking forward to spending time in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, traveling, and enjoying more time with their family.
