St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Manitowoc will host a public sale of items from St. Boniface Church.
The sale takes place next Friday (May 15th) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday (May 16th) from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the church site on Marshall Street.
Items up for sale will include a collection of pews, oil candle holders, Nativity scenes, antique wooden folding tables, and some furniture from the rectory, among others.
The parish says the sale offers a unique opportunity for anyone looking to preserve the craftsmanship and memory of the historic space.
St. Francis of Assisi continues to relocate sacred items to other catholic churches around Wisconsin.
However, items like the Tabernacle, Angels, Sanctuary Lamp, and Chalices will stay in Manitowoc.
