A Two Rivers man has been sentenced in one of his two child sexual assault cases.
24-year-old Eugene Winkel was found guilty due to no contest pleas on 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in both Manitowoc and Brown Counties, and was sentenced yesterday in the Manitowoc County case.
FOX11 reports that he was ordered by Judge Anthony Lambrecht to spend four years in prison, followed by four years on extended supervision, and must register as a sex offender.
The incident occurred during a party at Winkel’s Two Rivers apartment, where he had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.
Additionally, in Brown County, Winkel met a 15-year-old girl online, and the two met up for sex. He is set to be sentenced in that case on Thursday at 2:45 p.m.
