A man caught with sexual videos and pictures of children is set to be released.
The Chilton Police Department has announced that 43-year-old Matthew P. Hardrath has served his sentence as imposed by the court and will be residing in the 800 block of Donna Street in Chilton.
He was found guilty due to no contest pleas on ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography in 2022 and will be required to be monitored by GPS for the rest of his life.
He will also be on the sex offender registry and has been ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors.
Hardrath is not wanted by police at this time.
The Chilton Police Department warns that any use of this information to intimidate, harass, or threaten Hardrath will not be tolerated.
