The man known as “Uncle Fester” may be avoiding trial.
FOX11 reports that 68-year-old Stephen Preisler of Green Bay has reached an agreement with prosecutors which would convict him on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Meth Precursors.
If the court approves the deal, Priesler would no longer go on trial later this month.
That ruling is expected on Friday.
He was arrested in July 2023 at his Baird Street home, where he was allegedly manufacturing and selling drugs, including methamphetamine.
Preisler is notorious in drug circles for his books, which explain how to manufacture meth and other drugs.
The City of Green Bay is also looking to have his home declared a public nuisance in an attempt to have it sold or demolished.
