Roncalli Catholic Schools has named their next head football coach.
Aaron Zepnick, also known as “Coach Z”, brings more than 25 years of experience to the role.
He’s spent time with the Green Bay Blizzard and served as a licensed WIAA football official for the past 16 years.
Zepnick’s experience across multiple levels and sports has shaped a coaching philosophy rooted in discipline, player development, and a team-first culture.
Roncalli Athletics Director Nathan Kaderabek says they are thrilled to welcome Zepnick as he brings “a wealth of experience, strong leadership, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field.”
The new coach is excited to lead the Roncalli Jets football program and says he is “grateful for the opportunity to build on the traditions and foundations already established at Roncalli High School.”
Zepnick was chosen following a comprehensive search process that identified leadership style, commitment to faith-based education, and the ability to build strong relations with student-athletes.
