The trial of a man shot by Eau Claire Police in 2022 is over.
Police responded to Clayton Livingston’s home after a neighbor accused him of pointing a gun at his house.
Responding officers say Livingston also pointed a gun at them.
Two officers shot and injured the suspect, whose case was heard by a jury in recent days.
Livingston has been convicted on charges of recklessly endangering safety and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
