A community information session with the Manitowoc Public School District takes place tonight (May 4th).
The Community Information Session will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the school district’s office boardroom on Lindbergh Drive.
Residents will get more details on the City of Manitowoc’s deal to purchase the Madison Elementary School property for $1.00, and will get a chance to have their questions answered.
The purchase is currently under review by the MPSD Finance and Facilities Committee, which will meet on May 5th for further discussion and recommendations.
The proposal could then go to the full board for further consideration at their May 12th meeting.
The district’s administrative team also provided a frequently asked questions sheet to answer constituents’ most frequently asked questions.
