Manitowoc County residents can learn about firearm safety later this month.
Richard Bailey with B&B Protective Services will be holding a Wisconsin Concealed Carry Class on May 17th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Overtime Sports Bar and Grill in Valders.
This class is described as beginner-friendly and is intended for individuals seeking responsible concealed carry knowledge and firearm handling.
When describing what participants can expect, Bailey, the event coordinator, said, “This classroom-based course covers firearm safety, safe loading and unloading, concealed carry mindset, situational awareness, conflict avoidance, carry methods, secure storage, transportation, and general legal/use-of-force considerations.”
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive training documentation, which will be used for students who are applying for a concealed carry permit in Wisconsin.
Preregistration for this event is required, and spaces available are limited.
Those who would like to sign up for the concealed carry class can do so online by visiting bbserviceswi.com.
