A Two Rivers man with a lengthy history of run-ins with the law has been sentenced in four separate cases.
45-year-old Derek B. Kielkopf was before Judge Jerilyn Dietz, where he was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Criminal Damage to Property for a case in 2023, Battery or Threat to a Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer for another 2023 case, as well as Misdemeanor Bail Jumping and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping for incidents in 2025.
Kielkopf’s sentencing was withheld in three of the cases, and he was ordered to spend a total of six years on probation and 286 days in the Manitowoc County Jail, but he was given credit for 286 days of time served.
In those cases, 16 total charges were dismissed but read into the record. They include nine total bail jumping charges, Disorderly Conduct, Escaping Criminal Arrest, three separate battery charges, Criminal Damage to Property, and Failure to Comply.
Kielkopf’s criminal history dates back to 2010, when he was convicted of Disorderly Conduct.
He was also arrested 18 more times between 2019 and 2025 on a wide array of charges.
In his most recent case, Kielkopf refused to exit a home in Mishicot after he was told he was under arrest for a bench warrant.
