There is only one meeting today (April 28th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will hold its monthly joint meeting with the Community Development Authority in the Council Chambers at 5:15, where they will get an update on construction and marketing activity and lot sales at the Sandy Bay Highlands.
They will also discuss lot sale initiatives and pricing strategies before looking over appraisals for two properties on Wentker Court.
The groups will also get updates on funding requests from the Cool City Motel, Malley Printing, Renee’s Popcorn, and U.S. Bank before reviewing the progress of the Hamilton Visioning Process.
