A Milwaukee homicide suspect is back in custody after being mistakenly released.
The 14-year-old was originally arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in the Walker’s Point neighborhood on April 14th, and had a court date scheduled for last Thursday.
He was mistakenly let go over the weekend, but was re-arrested yesterday.
The teen is charged with burglary and felony murder in the death of 35-year-old David Krause.
Authorities are looking into how the teen was released from custody.
