There is only one Manitowoc County governmental meeting scheduled for today (April 28th).
The County Board will be in the County Board Room at 6:00 p.m., where they will get an update on the opioid settlement.
Then, after declaring May as Foster Care Month and giving the public time to comment, County Executive Tyler Martell will make several appointments to boards and committees.
The Board will also review and vote on an ordinance enacting a moratorium on data centers in the county.
If passed, this would disallow any AI data centers from being constructed in Manitowoc County until the moratorium is lifted.
