Four Manitowoc County residents have been charged with illegal drug activity.
35-year-old Emily Kasten, 35-year-old Jonathan Oakley, 36-year-old Holley Melichar, and 43-year-old Justin Ford were all present for their bail hearings in front of Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch yesterday (April 27th).
Both Kasten and Oakley have been charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia, Keeping a Drug House, and Felony Bail Jumping and received $500 and $200 cash bail, respectively.
Melichar and Ford were each given $100 cash bail as they both have been charged with Possession of Amphetamines and Felony Bail Jumping, while Ford also faces Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia and Keeping a Drug House charges as well.
All four individuals were arrested on Friday (April 24th) during and after a coordinated search warrant linked to drug activity in the City.
All four individuals were also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, not to possess any controlled substances without a valid prescription, and to have no contact with one or more of their fellow codefendants.
Kasten, Oakley, Melichar, and Ford will all return to court for their initial appearances on Monday (May 4th) at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 4.
