An annual event aimed at supporting students at Sheboygan South High School will be back this weekend.
The Sheboygan South plant sale and bake sale will be held on Saturday (April 25th) from noon to 3:00 p.m.
Each and every plant available for purchase during the sale was grown by plant biology students at South and will cost anywhere from $1.00 to $25.00.
Each year, this sale provides the funds necessary for students to be able to grow their plants, such as seeds, containers, soil, tools, and additional educational opportunities.
Over 20 different kinds of annuals will be available, including but not limited to, geraniums, Mexican sunflowers, petunias, and various hanging baskets.
Vegetables, such as tomatoes and peppers, along with various house plants, will also be up for sale as well.
The sale will take place at South High School, located at 1240 Washington Avenue, inside rooms 157 and 179, as well as the school’s greenhouse.
