
Several local and area schools are listed in the latest MaxPreps Wisconsin High School Girls’ Sports Polls.
Starting with girls’ soccer, the undefeated Kiel Raiders come in at number three, with Green Bay Preble ranked sixth. Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay is 7th, Ashwaubenon is 8th, Luxemburg-Casco is ranked 11th, Manitowoc Lincoln is number 12, and Oostburg checks in at number 19.
In Girls Softball, we’ll begin in Division Three, where EWC leading New Holstein is ranked third. Kiel is 5th, Kewaunee is sixth, Valders comes in at number 10, Brillion is 12th, Wrightstown is at number 25, and last year’s Division Four state champions, the Mishicot Indians, are ranked 29th.
Two Rivers remains 8th in Division Two. Fox Valley Lutheran of Appleton is ranked 2nd. Plymouth is 6th, defending state champion Denmark is 12th, and Campbellsport is ranked 15th. St. Mary Catholic is ranked 8th in Division Four, with Random Lake ranked ninth and in Division Five, Hilbert is 8th, Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah is 10th, and Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh comes in at number 12.
The Bay Port Pirates are the new number one team in Division One, replacing Hortonville, which fell to number two. Kaukauna is ranked 3rd, Green Bay Preble is 8th, De Pere is 15th, West De Pere is 17th, and Sheboygan North comes in at number 21.
Seymour is the area’s highest-ranked Division Two team at number 11, with Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay ranked 17th. Campbellsport is 19th, Winneconne is ranked 24th, and the Spartans of Luxemburg-Casco are ranked 25th.
In Division Three, Omro is ranked 3rd. St. Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac is 4th, and Kewaunee is ranked 5th. Undefeated Random Lake checks in at number 14, Brillion is 21st, and New Holstein is ranked 25th.
No local or area schools were listed in Division Four.
