Parking changes have been approved around Manitowoc Lutheran High School.
The city council approved no parking on the south side of Lancer’s Circle, or the south leg, beginning at a point located 525 feet south of the south curbline of Wildwood Drive.
The new No Parking area will then continue eastward for 265 feet along the high school, except for loading and unloading motor vehicles.
A new 15-minute parking rule was also approved via an ordinance change.
No vehicles are allowed to be parked for a continuous period longer than 15 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except on Sundays and holidays.
However, the new no-parking zone will still allow parents to drop off their kids.
