Things are back to normal at a Sun Prairie apartment complex after an hours-long standoff.
It happened yesterday when police were called to an apartment on reports of a person being threatened with a gun by his neighbor.
Other people in the complex were evacuated as Kevin Djergou refused to comply with orders by police for more than five hours.
At the end, the 24-year-old surrendered peacefully and was arrested.
He faces multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, threats to law enforcement, and more.
