Just days before tickets go on sale, the organizers of a new hard rock music festival in Oshkosh had to change the name of the event.
Oshkosh Festivals LLC has announced that the one-day rock festival will now be known as XRaods41 Rock Detour.
Due to a trademark conflict, XRoads41 organizers were forced to discontinue the use of part of the event’s original name.
While the name has slightly changed, all other elements of the event remain exactly the same, including the lineup, date, and overall fan experience.
Organizers are asking fans for understanding as the event takes a slight “detour.”
The show on August 9th is set to feature acts like Breaking Benjamin, Daughtry, Memphis May Fire, Dorothy, Drowning Pool, Atreyu, Saliva, Saving Abel, 12 Stones, Kelsey Hickman, and Rogue Royal.
Tickets go on sale this morning at 10:00 at XRoads41Rock.com.
