A woman charged with hijacking a Green Bay hospital shuttle van is not competent to stand trial.
FOX11 reports that 47-year-old Jerilyn Soto has been found not guilty because of a mental disease or defect.
A count of armed robbery was dismissed but read into the record.
She will return to court on June 15th for a status conference.
A Prevea Van from HSHS St. Mary’s Health Clinic on Shawano Avenue in Green Bay was stolen at knifepoint in July last year.
Soto was later arrested in Chicago, and the stolen van was also recovered.
