The Oshkosh Police Department has gotten one of “Wisconsin’s Most Wanted” criminals in custody.
The U.S. Marshals Service-Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offenders Task Force, with help from Oshkosh Police, arrested Antonio Brown of Milwaukee yesterday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at a business on the city’s north side.
The department’s Criminal Investigation Division used investigative technology, including Flock Safety, during the fugitive apprehension investigation.
Brown was said to be arrested without any issues.
He’s charged with 1st-degree intentional homicide after shooting and killing another man outside a Milwaukee bar last year.
Oshkosh Police says that the presence of armed and wanted people poses a threat to the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
They finish by saying, “we will not tolerate the city being used as a safe haven for wanted individuals.”
We will continue to work tirelessly, utilizing all available resources to identify, locate, and apprehend those individuals who engage in these destructive behaviors.
