There’s a new restaurant coming to the former Tony’s Pizza and Grizzly’s restaurant in Manitowoc.
Trattoria Tennie will open its doors next Thursday (April 23rd) from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at 2204 Washington Street.
Progress Lakeshore explains that Chef Mark Tennie will fill a “flavorful gap in the local food scene. After honing his craft at elite destinations across every time zone and a prestigious five-year role as Chef at Kohler’s private club, Riverbend, Tennie is bringing world-class expertise back to the community he calls home.”
Guests who dine at the restaurant can look forward to authentic, fresh hand-rolled flat pastas, including fettuccini and angel hair, paired with handcrafted sauces from the chef himself.
Tennie says he wants to share something truly special with Manitowoc and become the city’s new favorite “slow down” spot, offering an inviting, cozy interior and a spacious full bar where guests can enjoy a complete meal.
Those interested in dining at Trattoria Tennie are asked to secure a reservation for the dining room; walk-ins are welcome.
