Two Rivers Utilities has released its 2025 Annual Water Quality Report.
The report shows the findings from their ongoing water quality monitoring and wants customers to understand the efforts they continue to make to improve water quality and protect water resources.
Two Rivers has two water towers, one reservoir, and 72 miles of water main.
Two Rivers Utilities explains that PFAS are located in the water, but the levels in the water are not considered unsafe to drink, saying, “There are no violations for detections of contaminants that exceed the Recommended Public Health Groundwater Standards or Health Advisory Levels. The RPHGS are levels at which concentrations of the contaminant present a health risk and are based on guidance provided by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.”
The full report can be found on the Two Rivers Utilities Facebook page.
