A Plymouth-based cheese producer has entered the snack kit aisle.
Sargento Cheese has announced the launch of Mighty Bites, a new variety of lunch snack kits that promises quality ingredients, a good source of protein, and convenient combinations kids will look forward to eating.
Mighty Bites feature a wide range of Sargento’s favorite cheese options, 100% natural meats, sweet treats, and RITZ, Wheat Thins, or Triscuit crackers.
Regarding the launch of these new products, Erin Price, Sargento General Manager of Consumer Products, said, “At Sargento, we’re always looking for ways to bring real food and meaningful innovation to the categories families rely on. Sargento Mighty Bites lunch snack kits raise the bar by combining 100% natural meats and cheeses with fun pairings everyone will love and up to 14 grams of protein per kit.”
Upon launch, five different varieties of Mighty Bites are available and can now be found in the refrigerated lunch snack kit aisle at national retailers.
Expanded availability at most major retailers is expected by the summer.
