Arrowhead Union High School is facing backlash following possible teacher cuts in order to balance its budget.
Community members voiced their opposition to the cuts during a school board meeting on Wednesday night, which included parents and students.
Superintendent Conrad Farner defended the proposed cuts, citing declining enrollment numbers projected for the 2026-2027 school year.
He also referenced lower-than-average state report cards, which placed the school in the low 80s.
