An area credit union is being recognized again as a great place to work.
UnitedOne Credit Union has been ranked number three in the “2026 Best Places to Work in Wisconsin” by Best Companies Group.
Companies across Wisconsin participated in the two-part survey process to determine “Best Places to Work in Wisconsin,” with the first part evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.
The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
UnitedOne CEO Kim Roony says the credit union has “worked tirelessly to cultivate an environment where collaboration, respect, and belonging thrive. That foundation allows us to support our employees fully and deliver exceptional experiences to our members.”
The recognition comes after UnitedOne Credit Union was named a Gold Certified Employer by Family Friendly Workplaces earlier this year.
