Art from students at a local college will be highlighted throughout the month of April.
Lakeland University has shared that the annual Student Art Exhibition will officially begin tomorrow (April 10th) inside the Bradley Fine Arts Building, remaining on view until May 1st.
The exhibition will kick off tomorrow with a formal reception planned for 4:30 p.m. Each year, the Student Art Exhibition features the artistic talent of Lakeland students in the school’s various art and graphic design classes this academic year.
However, Lakeland also noted, “More than 30 students are participating, most of whom are majoring in non-art-related subjects, making it a wonderful display of the various talents of Lakeland students.”
This year, more than 100 pieces will be on display, including a wide range of art from traditional studio projects to digital media.
Those looking to check out the artistic works of Lakeland students can stop by the Bradley Gallery, which is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
