A very tight Two Rivers City Council race has left one incumbent on the outs.
The top two vote-getters in the race were incumbent Adam Wachowski with 1,647, and challenger Katherine Dahlke with 1,224.
The other three women challenging for the third and final seat up for grabs were separated by only 54 votes.
Incumbent Darla LeClair retained her seat with 1,082 votes, while Shawntel Hoffman was fourth with 1,032 votes, and fellow incumbent Bonnie Shimulunas received the fewest votes with 1,028.
It’s not all bad for Shimulunas, as she did claim the District 25 seat on the Manitowoc County Board.
