There are two Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (April 7th).
The Joint Dispatch Board was in the Communications and Technology Building at 9:00 this morning, where they received updates from the IT department.
Then, the Emergency Services Department reviewed the county’s tabletop exercise with Calumet County regarding an ammonia release before also receiving an update from the Public Works Department.
Then, at 4:50 p.m., the Personnel Committee will convene in the County Admin Building, where they will hold a discussion regarding Human Services.
After reviewing the Leave of Absence Policy, the group will discuss employee health insurance and the county’s policies on De Minimums Benefits and Gifts, Gratuities, and Kickbacks.
