The Manitowoc Unit of Fish and Game is looking to start a new tradition.
On Sunday, May 17th, the organization will be hosting its first-ever Hog Wild Meat Raffle at Tapped on the Lakeshore.
The event will run from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., featuring a variety of meats and seafood.
The major prize of the event will be a special raffle drawing for half a hog and processing.
The half hog is being donated by Sundown Farms, with processing by Newton Meats courtesy of Leede Research.
Tickets for the major drawing will be available prior to, and at the event, and participants need not be present to win with the special drawing scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
