
The Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department is recognizing an outgoing firefighter.
The department explains that Lieutenant Garrett Grissom is retiring after 29 years of selfless dedication, countless calls answered, and unwavering commitment to the community’s safety.
A post on the department’s Facebook page explains that Grissom was more than just a leader.
He was a mentor, guide, and true friend to everyone who worked alongside him.
Manitowoc Fire Rescue closed by thanking Grissom for his sacrifice, tireless service, and incredible heart.
