A new chapter in Milwaukee’s live entertainment scene is officially underway with the opening of the Landmark Credit Union LIVE facility, a $70 million venue located in the heart of the Deer District on the former Bradley Center site.
Vice President of Seehafer Broadcasting, Terry Stevenson, recently had the opportunity to go behind the scenes for an exclusive tour of the brand-new space, guided by General Manager Evan Nikolai, offering a firsthand look at what is quickly becoming one of the city’s premier destinations for live music and events.
Designed with both artists and fans in mind, the venue holds approximately 4,500 people, including approximately 1,500 reserved seats. The facility aims to host roughly 70 shows annually, bringing a steady lineup of concerts, sporting events, and entertainment experiences to downtown Milwaukee.
Since opening in February after a two-year construction process, the venue has already made an immediate impact, hosting several sold-out shows, including a recent UFC event.
One of the standout features inside the venue is the Vinyl Room, an exclusive space available to premium seat holders. The area offers a full-service dining experience, complete with a full menu, bar, and a live DJ spinning vinyl records, creating a unique, elevated pre-show atmosphere. Guests can also step out onto a spacious outdoor terrace, which provides sweeping views of the Deer District.
In addition to the Vinyl Room terrace, a second outdoor terrace on the third floor is available as a ticket upgrade, giving fans even more ways to enhance their concert experience.
From its modern design to its fan-focused amenities, the Landmark Credit Union LIVE facility represents a significant investment in Milwaukee’s entertainment infrastructure and another strong option for those looking to experience live music in the city.
As Milwaukee continues to grow as a regional hub for live events, this new venue is poised to play a major role in shaping the city’s entertainment landscape for years to come.
