A woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of alcohol in Brown County has entered her plea.
FOX11 reports that 44-year-old Mattea McQuisten has pleaded not guilty to charges of Fleeing an Officer, Resisting an Officer, and two counts each of Felony and Misdemeanor Retail Theft.
McQuisten was arrested after first taking several bottles of alcohol worth nearly $520 from the Ashwaubenon Hyvee, nearly $1,900 worth of booze from the Meijer store in Howard, a $150 bottle of 16-year-old scotch from a liquor store in Green Bay, and a $160 bottle of 15-year-old scotch from an Ashwaubenon liquor store between January 16th and January 21st.
Police attempted to pull her over on January 25th, but she eluded them.
She was arrested a few days later.
McQuisten is due back in court on June 12th for a status conference.
