
A Fox Valley area man reported missing while facing child sexual assault charges has been apprehended.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office of Florida has reported that 20-year-old Noah Czarneski of Little Chute was booked into the county jail on Sunday (March 29th).
Czarneski was taken into custody on two outstanding arrest warrants originating from Brown and Calumet Counties, as well as one count of Fraud for giving a false ID to a law enforcement officer.
In Calumet County, he is facing charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of Force, Third Degree Sexual Assault, Sexual Intercourse with a Child 15 or Older while Being 19 or Older, and Felony Bail Jumping while also facing charges of Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older while Being 19 or younger and four counts of Felony Bail Jumping in Brown County.
The 20-year-old was reported missing to the Fox Valley Metro Police Department in October of last year, and three days later, a vehicle driven by Czarneski was found abandoned near Dundas, Wisconsin.
With his arrest, it is unclear when he will return to Wisconsin to appear in court for the charges he faces across two counties.
