The Manitowoc Police Department is looking into a dog-biting incident from over the weekend.
Lieutenant Mark Schoeder reported that the incident occurred at around 1:30 Saturday afternoon at Evergreen Cemetery.
The victim was walking in the cemetery when they were approached by a medium-sized dog with long, light brown hair and rust colored spots.
The canine bit the victim in the leg.
The dog and the owner have since been located. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Manitowoc Police Department’s Shift Commander line at 920-686-6551.
