A Milwaukee man implicated in a Sheboygan homicide is due in court.
Court records show that 19-year-old Onterio M. Girley is set to return to Sheboygan County court tomorrow (March 31st) for a pre-trial conference.
This comes as Girley has been charged with one count of Felony Murder-Armed Robbery for the killing of teenager Joseph Torres on January 17th.
However, the 19-year-old has maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty to his lone charge back in February.
Girley and 18-year-old Lawrence Buford have been charged with fatally shooting Torres and severely injuring an unnamed 18-year-old Sheboygan woman.
Buford, who is facing charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Attempted First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Armed Robbery with Use of Force, and being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, has also pled not guilty and will be back in court on April 14th for a scheduling conference.
At this time, both Buford and Girley remain in custody in the Sheboygan County Jail on $1 million and $500,000 cash bail, respectively.
