There’s just one week left to view students’ art at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center (JMKAC).
Youth Art Month at the Arts Center is set to come to a close next week Sunday (April 5th), meaning just days remain to view the artistic works of students from across Sheboygan County in person.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the program and features works from elementary students, all the way through seniors in high school.
On the milestone 40th Youth Art Month, the Arts Center said, “This anniversary exhibition not only highlights the artistic achievements of students but also underscores the vital role of arts education—and the dedication of art educators—in supporting young people as they explore identity, build confidence, and connect with one another through creative expression.”
As is the case during Youth Art Month every year, admission to JMKAC is free for anyone hoping to check out the artistic talents of area students.
The students’ art is available for viewing during regular operating hours at the Arts Center, opening at 10:00 a.m. each day, with the exception of being closed on Mondays.
