City of Manitowoc to Review Certified Survey Map for Mid-Cities Mall Project

There are two meetings on tap for today (March 25^th) in the City of Manitowoc, both of which involve the Plan Commission.

The group will hold a joint meeting with the Committee of the Whole at 5:30 p.m., where they will enter a closed session to discuss the potential acquisition of some property.

Then, at 6:00, the Plan Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting, where it will conduct the annual review of several conditional use permits related to the recovery community.

They will also review a rewrite of the zoning code before reviewing numerous certified survey maps, including one submitted by Tycore Built LLC, which is responsible for the housing project on the former Mid-Cities and Lakeshore Mall properties.
