A Beloit woman is facing charges in the death of a 14-year-old in Rock County.
Authorities were called to the town of Turtle on Friday for a welfare check, where they found the teen inside the home dead.
Tyiece Oninski was later arrested and charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
While the death is under investigation, it’s unclear how the teen died or what the 41-year-old’s involvement was.
