Some area softball teams are scheduled to begin their seasons today.
The Random Lake Rams will begin their season against Wauwatosa West, while Green Bay Southwest will make the short trip to Green Bay West.
Another area game has Appleton East taking on West De Pere on the road. Other games around the state today will be happening in southeastern and southwestern Wisconsin.
