Police are investigating after a person was found dead Sunday morning in a parking ramp on West Washington Avenue.
Officers say the victim had an apparent gunshot wound when crews responded to the scene just before 8:00 a.m.
Detectives with the Madison Police Department’s violent crime unit are now handling the investigation.
